I am looking for my Birth Family and or Relatives of Birth Family. I have a lot of unanswered questions about my life and health.
I was born on Friday, August 1, 1969. I was born and adopted in Indianapolis, Indiana according to Birth Certificate issued on July 23, 1971 - Certificate Number 113-694093. The Record was filed August, 1969.
I do not know the issues surrounding my adoption but would very much like to know. I have no other information at this time.
On the health front; I had Rheumatic Fever at the age of nine. I have been told that it is a childhood disease that could be inherited from family. I am also a Type 2 Diabetic and have been for quite some years. This too is passed on by family. |
