I am looking for my daughter. She was born Victoria Lynn Ring on May 4th, 2000. In Fort Collins, Colorado. She was adopted about 9 months later. I believe the adoptive mother's name was Lori. At the time she was adopted she had dark brown to black hair and dark green eyes.
