Hello, I am looking for my half-brother, He was born in 1969 I think in Bureau County Illinois. His birth mother named him Robert Lee Parker Jr. when he was born. At that time my father Robert Lee Parker had just married my mother and when she was told about my half-brother my mom told my dad to sign off on his rights and I assume he was later adopted by his mothers husband or had his last name changed at some point. That is really all I know as I only caught a glimpse of the birth certificate when I was about 20. |
