I had a sister that had downs syndrome I was told and dropped off and a facility upstate NY. I found a birth certificate with the name Barbara Gail Dunn (My name is Gail Dunn). I was born in 1953 and I think she was born a few years before that. If you have info or how I can search properly for her, please let me know. Thank you Gail
