Hello I am researching on my mother's birth record in Phoenix Arizona November 15 1960. She has stated that she has heard she is adopted but I don't know how exact it is but I have not been able to find a birth record.

Born November 15, 1960 in Phoenix, Arizona.
Her parents or her parents that raised her is Orville Rosell Baker and Etta Mae (Whitten) Baker.
