Hello , tech was working on my computer and uninstalling avg and reinstalling windows security which he recommended , I agreed the process was running and all of a sudden I have no mouse use and the screen just comes up at windows start sign in page cannot click on user name or anything as pointer does not work. PLEASE HELP. when contacting me on this computer I can give you 2 cell phone numbers on which you canreach me.I am hoping that this can be corrected and was up to now pleased with tech support ,I am just frustrated and have faith that you will resove this issue for us. thanks |
