I read on your message board a problem with the SafeShred WM675XB working one minute and then quitting. Mine stopped working after I emptied it. There were no paper jams involved. I believe you suggested making sure the shredder was overlapping the basket. I tried that and the shredder still won't turn on. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
