Thanks for your call; we're delighted that you've been able to configure your computers so that Japanese kanji & kana now appear in all documents, and not just in PDF file documents.

Having a PC which appears unable to handle/'read' Japanese characters is a common problem ... though, happily, one which has a fairly simple solution, as you experience now demonstrates.

We would be grateful if you would explain in a post the steps which Blue Associates took to configure your PCs to be able to handle Japanese characters without difficulty.

Others who find themselves in the situation your were in until recently would then have recourse to the solution you have found for your PCs.
