One thing to keep in mind about prices is location, location, location! What this means is... if you live on flat land, have great access to your work area and live close to the freeway and close to the material suppliers. Have lots of area for parking equipment while the job is in process. If you have all this your job will go quickly and easily.

If you are far away from the freeway and material suppliers, live way up in the hills, have a narrow one lane road for miles going to the property, No parking for large construction vehicles for several blocks away, extreme narrow access down the side of the house to the backyard. OR Having to hand excavate portions of the job because we can't get equipment into tight areas. These types of jobs require much more time to complete the same task as the first example and would cost much more.

Your price is based on the time it takes to complete your job. FWIW, it doesnt matter to me if you live in the rich or poor part of a city as to how much your job costs. What makes your job cost more or less is the time spent on getting it completed.

When you contact me its really important for me to know where you live... This way I can evaluate your area for estimating/pricing puposes.
