Appendix A

We come to you!
Activity is for adults, elderly, girls and for boys.

Here’s how it works:
 The Animator will arrive 15-30 minutes before the party in order to set everything up.
 We are usually first at the party before cake, opening gifts, etc.
 We bring about 50 images and put out about 20 of those images based on the age of guests and if boy and/or girl party. We have a variety of princesses, mermaids, unicorns, ponies, transformers, castles, monster trucks, racing cars, super heroes, trains, hot wheels. Flowers, butterflies, sports-soccer, ballet, figure skating, basketball.
 Usually, the animator will take about 2-3 minutes to explain to the children what they’ll be doing.
 We’ll show an example of a finished image.
 We’ll have the children come up one by one and choose their image. This takes about 15-20 minutes. We don’t want to rush them. We want them to pick the image they want to color. We’ll write the children name on the outside corner of the image.
 The children will need to sit at a table or have some type of flat surface so they can color the image. If the table isn’t covered, we’ll either cover the table with a table cloth or bring place mats.
 It will take between ˝ to 1 hour for the children to finish coloring their image.
 When they’re almost finished coloring the image, the animator will introduce and explain how to use the glitters and glow in the darks. Boys usually like to use the glow in the dark paste for lights on the truck or eyes of animals and they might use the gold or silver glitters too. The girls normally use glitter. Pink, purple, gold, silver, orange, red and green.
 As they finish, each child will bring their finished drawing to the animator.
 The animator will work with each child to choose the appropriately sized t-shirt to print the image on. Every age: choose from 3 sizes. Ex 4yr old…3T, 4T, 5T.
 Once all the children turn in their finished drawing, we ask help from mom, dad or other adult for about 30 minutes. At this time, you can continue your party…meal time, cake, other activities, etc. because we need the children to be distracted for about 30 minutes so the animator can print the images on the shirts.
 After the images are printed on the shirt, we’ll gather the children again and do the big reveal! Now this is the exciting part. We’ll ask the birthday child if s/he wants to see his/her shirt first or last then we’ll call each child up one by one and peel the paper to reveal the image on the shirt. The children absolutely love this part…it’s really exciting. We’ll get each child to put their shirt over their clothes and at the end, parents, grandparents and other guests can take a group picture of the children. If the children are eating afterwards, just remember to have them take off their t-shirt prior to eating.

It’s a really good party. Children really love these parties. There’s no mess for the parents to clean up; there’s something for everybody…we have great images for boys and girls. It’s a special type of party because each child leaves with a souvenir that will last for years to come.

Now, let me tell you about the cost.
It’s a total cost of $XXXX for a party with up to 10 participants. It’s $XX for each additional child. This cost includes everything…the animator, t-shirts and everything needed to do the activity.

This is a phenomenal activity for children. If you don’t want to book now, why don’t you think about it, review the website (tshirtpartiesofhouston.com). Talk to your child or family, review the website and just call me back if you would like to book the party or if you have any more questions.
