Dear Honored Guest,
As many of you are aware, we just today received senate confirmation that approved an organizational split between Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (ACSIM) and the Installation Management Command (IMCOM). Therefore, you and a guest are cordially invited to attend the change of command ceremony between the out-going commander, LTG David D. Halverson and the in-coming commander, LTG Kenneth R. Dahl next Tuesday, November 3rd at the Fort Sam Houston Theater at 4pm. A community welcome reception will be conducted immediately following the change of command at the Lincoln Housing Center on Fort Sam Houston (See enclosed map).
As a special guest of the Dahl's, you are also invited to attend an informal promotion ceremony that will begin at approximately 3:30pm on the 2nd floor of the theater.
Due to this condensed timeline, we ask that you use the R.S.V.P. link below to indicate your attendance or regrets for the promotion, the change of command ceremony and the welcome reception not later than this Saturday, October 31st.
