Hi,
I am trying to identify a component that was recently recoved from the ocean. I believe that it is from C47 but need to have it confirmed. The item is part of the control system, possibly situated in the wing. It is an aluminium casting approx. 8 inches across that pivots and has cables connected to it. The number that is visible on the casting seems to be 437648 and 293AGM. Can send a good picture of the item to anyone who may be able to help identify the item.
