Hello,
I'm on a kind of oddball quest here - I'm looking for bare metal and highly polished DC-3's to photograph, as well as other civilian airliners/multiengines of the 30's to the 50's - DC-4s, Connies, Electras, etc. I've seen a few at airshows ( I get to Sun n Fun when I can ), and I know about the 307 at the Udvar-Hazy center, the TWA Connie at Pima, for example. Can anyone point me in the right direction where I can find these kinds of aircraft ( museum, privately owned, etc )? |
