Hi,
I am a french historian, carrying on researches about airborne operations, and looking for reliable infos about the first french C47.
I believed that the French received approx 50 x C47, the first around mid september 1944.
The first squadron was called GT 1/15, and was stationned in North Africa.
Would you have some more detailled infos about this topic, please?
