 Subject: Grand Luxxe maint. fees vs grand bliss please help

Please help don't have my physical contract with me. We've paid for 2 weeks in 2 bedroom Grand Bliss maintenance fees but are having problems with concierge and front desk recognizing that we are Grand LUXXE members. Even though we were offered the cranberry coloured Grand Luxxe bracelet. Aaaargh!!! What is included golf? Massages? Etc.?can anyone help?
