On TUG the other day, in the Mexican forum, a poster claimed "Rip Off" and a customer support rep, Karen Rose, replied with a well written response. In addition, she gave ways to communicate issues with the company. Not a surprise, her validity was questioned, but she came back with another response. While it has been noted that the company does monitor forums, which is good, this is the first concrete proof that I have seen. Her responses are certainly welcome and should be read if interested. |
