I have posted a couple of days ago about the Shark Attack and I did so because of a previous Mexican based timeshare ownership we had and the tactics used by them. During the purchase of the G Bliss we were told a few things about how we should handle future opportunities toward selling or banking our G Bliss weeks. I was appalled to google and read about some of these companies who will sell your weeks for a rather costly fee. Each one of them had very bad reviews so we scrapped that idea. Then we recieved a call from another company wanting us to buy back the timeshares we had traded in on the G Bliss. We were again appalled as to the pressure applied on us over a very lenghty phone call and we said no 20 times. They wanted us to buy back these timeshares for ten percent of their trade in value. Then we had to deal with Global Timeshare of Maimi who wanted a bunch of forms filled out for these transfers, plus we had to pay to notarize plus a $375.00 transfer fee for each one. After all that, they realized they had sent us the wrong forms after all the work we gone to. As it all turned out, this timeshare trade-in is a ruse and they don't want them and they use them to give you some sort of pot sweetener to close the deal. This is the reason why I call this a shark attack because we had been treated very disrespectfully by another timeshare that we were happy to trade in. Our sales person was very professional when purchasing the G Bliss but there was many hitches and snags after the purchase that once again put a wary and bad taste in our mouth. We look forward to our stay at the G Bliss this winter....sincerely
