A big thank you to the 48th Brigade, Georgia Army National Guard for helping to clean up at the Fort. It is important for the current US military to help keep the ancient US military alive! Fort Hawkins was and is so important to all of us. We all need to do what we can to help "Rebuild the Fort" so our current and future generations can have somewhere to go to see and understand our rich beginnings.
