The inflatable water slides are always fun at any age if the weather is up to being warm.
If you have enough children at the party divide them into two teams, each with their own treasure. Give them the tools to make their own treasure maps and have them hide their treasure. Each team has to make 5 clues, each clue will lead to another clue. The final clue will lead to their treasure map. Once they have the map, off they go to find the treasure. You can control them finding a clue every fifteen minutes or half hour. If you don't have enough children for two teams make one of the teams parents.
The treasure could be their take home goodie bags.
