I would greatly appreciate the Even team (2,4) to briefly add their short paragraphs following this format of the Odd team (1,3,5)

Background information regarding team inventors;

ODD Member 1- Roy Smith; first and primarily viewed videos of Rossi and Focardi in the first demonstration of the crude single e-cat pictured along with a plumber and his handbag. The device was crude and hand soldered together, it appeared as if anyone could make one.

The ingredients claimed to make the reaction of anomalous excess heat energy were nickel and hydrogen. I had never seen that kind of claimed device before and started crunching possibilities of knocking out reality with calculated numbers. I got interested as Member 5 Dale and I watched each new video as they became available until I could not find any reason that this process of what they termed "Cold fusion" at that time would not work according to the math.

I am the type of person that has lived off the grid and in the jungle of Maui Hawaii for quite a few years and own my property. I currently use solar panels and became very interested in building my own fusion reactor to heat my water and cool my food as a back up type of system. I saw possibilities on those videos that made me realize the process could be made to work.

I agreed with Dale (5) early on that we would go forward together and come up with a working theory to refine the methods to more efficiency develop the process now coined LENR.

I have been active in Nuclear Physics and have many degrees including a Dr. PhD which I do not care to detail at this time, however I have ample experience documented in the Nuclear Physics science and experience in the other physics involved to prove to the USPTO I had the knowledge to actually participate in claiming a new theory of LENR which I have coined VPPF Theory and is an acronym built from Virtual Particle Probability Fluctuations.

What I anticipate to gain out of all this effort of designing and building a LENR reactor is the usage of a working device for my own benefit. Secondly to come up with an understandable correct working theory of the process and finally to monetarily benefit after something apparently works as claimed by the Rossi.

I feel a great potential exists if and when this technology is developed, I am participating in the development and theory of the LENR technology. I have researched many articles and feel a price range for the LENR kit's could potentially be a couple thousand dollars each. However something needs to be proven that the reaction is actually repeatable, experimentation and documentation must be performed.

I joined a team because (5) requested and I agreed on certain provisions.

Odd Member 3- Joshua Smith; involved in searching ways to use available wasted fuel to create electrical energy. Joshua manages a large ranch and uses hundreds of dollars a month in electric bills to keep his ranch operating with product going out. Joshua (3) and (5) work together on projects and after reviewing daily new information as it has been released for the LENR technology with (5) at the time I was asked to join the team of Roy and Dale I agreed to participate. I have the organizational skills to make sure a plan gets made and followed through with and it became apparent that the physicist (1) and mechanic inventor (5) needed my skills to keep on track the mission and also provide inventive mechanical skills for building the device.

I am well versed in all the building trades with years of experience making me a skilled builder, I have welding skills, mechanical skills and like to perform to exhibit my abilities. I manage a large ranch and am responsible for the entire operation, when (5) asked me to participate as a team member I agreed to keep things on track for the anticipated outcome goals of the team.

I am a married man with a couple young kids and quite a few animals on the ranch, I anticipated participating in making a LENR device so I could reduce my ranch electric bills and to help my friends which I have known for many years both (1) and (5).

I also feel the kits could potentially sell for a couple thousand if it actually does something to teach progress and possibilities to others in the future refinement of the processes to follow.

I joined a team because (5) requested and I agreed on certain provisions.

Odd Member 5- Dale G. Basgall; founder of deighta.com team, inventor mechanic. I (5) and founder of the deighta.com team have been developing products for 40 years, welded in many farm machinery factories, well educated in electronic oscillation and filed patent in 1982 on a light sequencer/safe circuit product. Manufactured oscillator circuits and control circuits for factory automated equipment. Invented several products for others and became interested in providing information to others regarding patenting their own ideas and turning them into an income allowing much freedom to an individual. I had several of my own patents as well as member (1) so what next in the inventive ladder of success and it became sharing information with others wanting to create things. I wanted to make a difference and give back a little bit in respect to those I learned this from.

So my next advancement in the inventive ladder required real time inventing data as to how to go about actually producing a result from an idea and at the same time making it a bank account for future tapping by the inventor.

I realized that my next step upward in the patenting knowledge ladder was simply paperwork and sharing ideas with others as to seed the invention and then track the results of that. After all the point of an invention is to get it out there and being used, a true inventor always respects this viewpoint. Beginners in inventing always miss this and end up losing out and if they give up easily their done at that level. Fortunately I went that route in the early eighties and learned finally what a true inventor is, a scientist that doesn't have a paying job. So they create work others can perform for profit of some kind or to just go to the next step upward in the invention ladder.

Art Of Invention was born on Deighta.com and as this advanced over the years from that I have clearly deduced that successful inventions from the inventor are simply generating the correct paperwork in the correct timeframe and allowing others to produce the product of the invention. Clearly an inventor that has a lot of energy can come up thousands of ideas that all could be used by someone but prevents the flow of the many inventions by concentrating exclusively on the single invention to hold and claim.

I could care less if this LENR thing is real or not, I hope is what I feel is possible, I already know without doubt it is a real technology emerging. After review with (1) and his contentions of not finding a reason why it won't work made me firm at coming up with a theory. Moreover as all 5group members can read in the archives of ecatnews.com my total focus has been the patenting of the technology. Contending that if certain formulas are not followed in this patenting process chaos and problems will occur as viewed in the last year+ on events in the Rossi saga of his claimed Cold Fusion.

My interest is a real time example story to all inventors not willing or understanding that you can have the only best product, but without following specific success formulas as in the rules from the USPTO and experience there is no way to profit from your invention. Profit to me is not the money at all, that just allows one to up the jones ladder. What profit is to me is to view many people benefiting from using my paperwork and invention devices, no matter who claims them, it's me that knows and that's all that matters to give me the confidence to continue on in the inventing field.

So it's the real time example of the most disruptive technology and the paperwork process that was avoided due to lack of a working product and is what I am after. My desire is to example to other young inventors coming up that the paperwork is where you start and not the workbench. The paperwork is what makes the product profitable to the inventor(s) in addition to the working product claimed and that product further reduced to practice prior the patent application

So writing the provisional with claims and submitting it to a registered patent attorney as John R. Flanagan is my entire goal for the team. I have the knowledge to participate in engineering and parts drawings however Lui Dussen (2) has claimed the idea of a kit and that is my team focus to write a really good provisional and claim draft based on what Lui provides to me.

I have communication abilities and past acquaintances that could greatly benefit our group in knowledge, experience, financing, manufacturing, and sales. I like team efforts and realize something like this LENR venture cannot be successful without trusting team members.

I expect to be monetarily compensated for direct out of pocket investments for and on the behalf of the team as (1 & 3) also expect back if and when we receive profits from this team venture.

I can produce drawings and design concepts and write the provisional draft with the claims attached. I also can be directly involved with the building of the first prototype of the product Lui is anticipating. We can further research and design in the LENR field.
