Born September 4, 1954 St. Mary's hospital, a convent left on the doorstep (a mut) to Sister Rita Basgall administrator of St. Mary's hospital Enid Oklahoma & assistant administrator of St. Mary's hospital Roswell New Mexico. I was flown to Enid from a long distance as the tail was told to me.

Adopted by Victor and Isabel Basgall La Crosse Kansas, Sister Rita's twin brother. Had to stay in incubater for 3 months until I weighed 5 lbs.

Raised in Kansas farmland and had set of tools in the 5th grade working on old 2 stroke washing machine engines, I collected them and started oil wells with my babysitter in the mornings,(Basgall East & Basgall West oil fields).

Assembled motorcycles 7th grade after school as well as wored on the farm, my dad operated heavy equipment and all I ever wanted to be was a mechanic since I can remember.

I played trumpet and french horn in high school and also in my uncle Eddies Polka Band on the weekends.

Started racing motorcycles and mom evicted me from the house at 16, I went to Heston Kansas at 17 and started welding in the factory that made tractor cabs (Excel Industries), and after a year or so married a girl and her father was supervisor at Hesston Corporation of which I welded New Holland swather frames and Stack Hands which compressed the hay into a large bread loaf looking like thing.

I continued welding and racing motorcycles and every time I got injured and laid up I lost my job. Back then motorcycles were not largely accepted in the midwest especially where I lived.

I ended up welding grain dries for Moridge manufacturing in Moudridge Kansas early 70's then went on to Great Bend Manufacturing welding support armms for front end loaders to be put onto tractors and other equipment called the GB Line. Also night shift work for Great Bend Industries running a submerged arc welder making hydraulic cylinders.

Enlisted in Job Corps Ogden Utah and instructor sent me to Norther California to be a mecahnic in his son't construction company building roads.

Joined the Operating Engineers and worked for Reed Equipment John Deere Yellow Iron in Stockton California, Later went to Holt Caterpillar factory Stockton California and was hire to research and develop load sensing hydraulic systems. I had started manufacturing timing circuits using the newly release 555 flip flop in the late 70's and worked in a team as a young shop clean boy until I graduated from opening my mouth into someone wanting to learn. I worked with the men that developed electronic control's for the SR71 for many years I had hands on low side products to deal with and I finally advanced to manufacturing circuit boards with production Kepro Equipment. Started inventing while working with a factory for food harvesting equipment (Rogers Foods) and developed one of the first fully automated hydraulic over electricity farm harvesting machines for garlic and them moved to tomatoes harvesting machines.

I have designed automated control circuitry for heavy equipment for the purpose of hazardous waste removal (1988) and have been thru the 2 week Federal Hazmat Course with Operating Engineers (CFR1910120) and have an Engineering License for Hazmat Control.

I have designed equipment for Caterpillar, Medical Companies (electronic), Food Processing Automated Equipment, Farm equipment Automated Equipment and so on, the list gets long after 35 years going strong.

Have three issued U.S. patents and have filed electronc oscillator patents in 1978 (Townsend & Townsend), Load Sensing Hydraulic Patent, 1986, VHF proportional amplification system for heavy equipment remote control and frequency blending.

I ended up living here by working for a company Psi Tech on a project following Bedini and Meyers Fuel Cell to prove a concept. I have always worked in a mechanical field and have never considered doing any other type of work.

I currently am on a mission to seed creativity in others as to bring more options to light in our society. I try to live by the one rule handed down to us "Thou Shalt Not Kill" I take it to another level, so until you have that one down the other 9 are important, get that one straight and none of the rest pertain. I am pro life all the way to the grave.

Diplomas! I could wall paper my room with them but my k to 12 grades were D's and F's, wasn't cause I was dumb just slightly over energetic, inquisitive, and downright rebellious. I flunked the third grade in Catholic School and proud of it.
