This example writing is working really good so far, I want to thank Ransom and Lui for repies recently, Thank You.
This text is an example of the type of broad claims I am looking for, not the actual patent application claims but simply the feature claims you interpret are important for sales, "easy sales" no one can reliably sell a hard product to sell.
John R. Flanagan lais this important fact out in his book, "How To Prepare Patent Applications"
As an inventor after I finally got it and this took years of hard knocks to make me realize the claims are the beginning of any invention, after all why did you think of wanting to make a kit in the first place, must have had some ideas on what would sell!
Example Claims :
1) Space craft looking box, exciting.
2) Appropriate weight and size for targeted end user.
3) Safety issues carefully evaluated and documented.
4) Cannot have the possibility to burn or permanently injure the end user.
5) Available in quantity, reduced to practice, educational kit that integrates real time hands on to motivate desire to learn.
6) Desire to continue building onto the kit until the final useable product 2013.
7) Kit 1 and progressing kit's can be used for a much bigger kit and an open ended product line from there on out.
8) A kit designed by physicist's like Roy and Lui and practicality added by the experienced product manufacturer like Dale & Joshua, and it all makes sense after Ransom edit's and approves the work. We then have not only a kit to do the LENR LEarNeR kit series with but a method of approach to learn different aspects from the experiences pro's on how to be a good experimentor, how to be a good scientist, how to digest the information and in the correct frame of mind to make progress. Not just another kit but an entire learning package so that after the kit is assembled there can be a direction that person can take to invent their own product and how to go about doing the paperwork in an understandable format.
I hope this helps to stimulate communication and relay to you what is needed at this point for me to continue on the path of creating the kit anticipated by Lui. |
