My views regarding the Agenda for Teleconference;

Q = A) Goal - Why are we doing this?- iV) Dale.

A = I am assisting at promoting creativity in a way that becomes a monitary success for Lui. and to example just how to go about making a concept into a viable patented product for future income, and to set an example of how to become successful at inventing products for someone that has not had that experience as an idea promoter.

Secondly I am exampling to the others in the team the exact formula for taking an idea and transforming it into a reality with a patented product of their claims.

That along with the writing of all the paperwork for the patenting process to become an issued U.S. Patent for the entire team as well as myself.

My goal is to produce a patentable product that is useful and functional.

Q = B) How are we going to make money?

A = First of all making money is a concept that is held as a definition by each individual of the team. For me making money is a mid term view, always. Minimum of five years out on anticipations and interpreted profits. The type of invention a well written patent supports in fact.

In the general sense as I see it making money takes a definite plan, the plan needs to be "make money". This requires that after the effort of all the team members has been added, and all the money's are paid back for out of pocket expences and cost of doing business, that there is a "profit" based on a tangible exchange method.

We can make money by affirming a definitive plan to do specifically that, "make money".

Q = C) What is the scope of the Product and the Market?

A = The scope of this product is a device that translates electrical input energy into thermal heat by induction. The translation from the source, i.e. electrical energy input resistively generates that element into heat energy.

The heat energy translated into a fluid defined as coolant to the device in affect and that function is simply a translation from electrical heat energy into fluid heat energy. The heat energy developed from the translation in that process is taken outward the device as the functioning of the device relies totally on the regulated temperature control of the device and dependently critical to anticipated functioning within the device apparatus.

The "Article of Manufacture" of the intended invention of this team (5group) falls within the scope of any device that creates a translation of energy through a byproduct fluid for the purpose of keeping the apparatus funcioning.

Evaluation at this point is that there is no invention yet, as you can see the device needs to do more than just create heat as a byproduct to functioning. There is no usefullness to that at all, so the problem exists in that the result is a critical functioning for machine operation.

To answer the question market intended at this point, may be a limiting factor however our direction at this time should be the market of heating water in a non critical environment.

An example would be a Coleman company target product, a Whirlpool product and so on.

Q = 2) Prototype Core
A) Is Deighta team building one vs Outside Vendor
i) Report by Deighta Team
B) What design should the core take?
i) Dale's design
ii) Lui's design
iii) Compromise design

A = Deighta team is gathering necessary resources and compiling information to perform physically as to complete a product design for a product translating electrical energy into heat and back into electricity.

Deighta has been involved with filing 7 U.S. Patents for itself and has written 5 additional patents for individuals that received U.S. Patents also because of the text written by Dale G. Basgall.

Deighta is in the business of inventions and making others aware of the exact formula for success in the inventing field, which is solely based on obtaining an issued U.S. Patent for a product designed that will live as long as the royalty rights in the issued patent for the product of manufacture of which the patent reads upon.

Q = i) Report by Deighta Team

A) = I post daily on the boardserver which details my doings for the team and also relay's requests to other team members. I urge all team members to also use the boardserver for team information. I had required that all team members purchase a small bound notebook on the boardserver for the purpose of documenting purposes regarding progress. To my knowledge today I have mine filled out but can not answer to the others as to their notebooks on what they have performed for and on the behalf of team advancement. Everyone needs to answer to that one on the team. My work is physically evident, Joshuas' work is factually evident and also Roy's work is also evident. Money has been spent on this end by joshua and receipts are available on request.

Q = B) What design should the core take?

A = Many versions of cores were evaluated and it comes down to a simple bore in a piece of metal. At least on the outside it appears that simple to me as a mechanical engineer. I used all available prior information to review and determine just how to make a compact package that is reduced to practice.

NOTE: I have been engineering for 30+ years, have worked and engineered for Caterpillar, Food Processing Industries, Animal Food Processing Industries, Medical Engineering Electronic Control Circuits and so the list goes on and on and on. Primarily I as an inventor know that the paperwork is first to do, so the designs and reductions to practice also come in the preliminary paperwork. The concepts to the reduction to scale, the contemplated feature claims and then the claims that will make the product worth patenting. That's where we are at right now.

So good question B) What design should the core take?
A simple to manufacture design that is adequately safe for the intended end user. My designs are in fact reduced to writing and I have never seen any other concepts from anyone other than those I have carefully reviewed.

Q = i) Dale's design
ii) Lui's design
iii) Compromise design

A = i) is published in the Dolphin 5 file.
ii) = Have never seen a design from Lui.
iii) = Ball is in your court on that one, I have 42 drawings of my design on auto cad drawings that are scaled to size and ready to be manufactured. I am ready to review your designs and translate them to auto cad for manufacturing so send anything you may have to 5group@deighta.com so I can post them.

Q = 3) Powders for active ingredients
A) What should we buy, Lui/Roy?
B) How much will they cost/how paid
C) Where sent and how to process them

A = Good question Joshua has been asking me that for several weeks now, I have requested it several times verbally and on the boardserver and still no answer.

Joshua has the prices and he posted them on the boardserver and he also had no answer form anyone in writing.

Locations are not my call, whoever pais for them determines that. For my work I need no fuel.

Q = 4) Testing
A) Time frame

A = Before testing is addressed maybe we could first have the conversation in writing on this boardserver. Test what? Could you be bore specific on what to test?

Time frame is critical, many products are to emerge and that's why experience at patenting and doing products is essential, we have plenty of competition and in this type of scenario inexperience will end at underdog status.

Important to know is that the time frame never sleeps, each moment things are delayed like for instance right now due to all this should have been written about by now and we are behind by 8 to 10 days because of lack of time in communication.

This is our way of communicating and tracking progress so I am again urging participation.

Q = 5) Marketing product.

A = Concentration should be directed into the requirements of the DOE for volume sales of Lui's anticipated Kit. I am on hold with my marketing until all of us agree to some type of plan or direction to head.
