The drawings for an anticipated product and the provisional patent application for that anticipated product has been completed and sent in to the patent attorney John R. Flanagan.
The product was named Dolphin 5 and was published on this site for review on April 10th, 2012 and at present no one on the team has commented since and it is now April 23, 2012.
Agreements were signed for a group participation and as seen on the boardserver of this password protected page "Restricted" no feedback has been recorded leading me to believe the agreements were signed by Lui Dussan of which is not replying nor has participated in the design process.
I am asking as a team leader where did I miss that team was to mean a group participation and find that even a few words of review have not been accomplished.
We need to move forward and the least I expect is the respect that all others Randy, Lui, Joshua, and Roy have also signed working agreements and NDA's.
Where is the team effort, this needs to be moved forward. |
