The drawings of the product Dolphin 5 have been available in their completed form since 4/10/12 and published. There is yet no response from the Dussan team regarding these drawings as of this morning April 25,2012 which you have had 15 days to reply and have not yet. There is or has been no reason for either member on the Dussan team to be silent. Of which is a huge red flag in my eyes comparing the inaction now by the Dussan team to the requests made by the team and agreed to by all team members subsequent the preliminary conference call that initiatied and sealed our team participation in this project.
Communication has been requested by me since the onset of this project and I had none for the design features or the claims of the resulting product embodiments.
So where is my team support? Why can't you just say yes we will support your invention or no it's just not we think we need. I can then move forward on my own, with a clean patent for a fluid heater of which I know without doubt can be made successful as a product and is the design that will be used in the LENR field even if you can't see it now.
I am held up in the marketing end by having agreements signed and the members not responding to me, I need your answer in writing posted on this boardserver, and as soon as I get a yes or no for your support on the Dolphin 5 I can move forward of which I intend to do anyway but I have signed a working agreement with you.
One way is to hire a legal firm to hold you two on the Dussan team to your words and by your signature. In other words disolve this team legally and then I will have to sue both of you individually for breeching a written and verbal agreement. This is a team and it appears to me now you or Lui had only one focus and it surely wasn't a team to produce, or you two would have responded to my requests for information and suggestions prior to the design phase.
The other way of which I prefer to handle this is for the Dussan team to act respectful as team members and respond as if you actually were concerned. I feel these delay's in response by the Dussan Team and the lack of your producing information and keeping me posted on what you have done to advance our team project efforts is a sure sign of your inexperience in what you are trying to contend you want to do.
Per our agreement it was a performance agreement, now just for the record what have you two Dussan teammembers performed to date? There are many more things to accomplish to make this a success, it isn't going to just fall in your laps.
So come on gentlemen get a grip ok, you both may have high maka jobs by choice but unless you can pull several million dollars out of your cash vault today your still not up to speed in the world I live in.
I want answers to the following questions.
How many U.S. patents has either Randy or Lui written?
How many U.S. patents has either Randy or Lui been granted by the USPTO?
How many reactors has Lui or Randy designed?
Precisely what I thought, none of the above. So me asking Lui on what he thinks about a design is wasting my time because he has no factual basis in this art as a foundation, he is young and not experienced enough to dictate what is going to work. He has or had no design of his own reactor but he wants one but just doesn't have the time to reply yet.
This is as simple as it can get, either participate in the team as agreed and produce an overview on what you have accomplished for the team effort as of 4/25/12, it should be done already but it has not I believe, because that is what the lack of evidence leads me to believe.
Or disolve this relationship because I don't need to be burdened by begging over and over for replies, information, or updates from your end.
I do not mind however to educate both of you in the patenting field and promote creativity into younger people for further inventions, so simply have some respect and honor you words. Yes we will support the Dolphin 5 or no we will not support Dolphin 5 is the simple answer I need today.
