I am looking for someone to sublease my room in a two bedroom apartment. My roommate is a very friendly female graduate student at Stout and is rarely home. Unfortunately, I am moving out of town due to a job opportunity.
The apartment is two bedrooms, one bath. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are shared spaces. It's a cute apartment and includes a fireplace in the living room. Laundry is onsite and FREE! Rent also includes heat. The location is about five blocks from Stout, near Dick's grocery store. This is a one year sublease and will require a contract.
We prefer a female student.
