I think it is deplorable of your company to conduct business under false pretenses. Do you simply "hire" young people, tell them they are doing a good job, then call them the night before they are supposed to work the next day, and tell them it is not a good fit? My recent college graduate believed he "was a good fit" and left his other job for Magna, just hours after giving notice to his previous employer. This morning he is completely out of work. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Do you think it is alright to play with the lives of young people who are trying to make it in this tough job market? You probably knew the first day you did not want him. He must have fulfilled a short term need, and you simply threw him away. While I'm sure your company provides high standard cleaning, your business is dirty. |
