Hi
Our Princess Rockola 1493 stopped working after about 2 months of playing perfectly well.
When I select a record the mechanism on the right continues turning round and round, but nothing else happens.
The turntable does not move at all, although it can be rotated easily by hand.
The carousel containing the records does not move at all.
Any suggestions as to what to try?
