I recently purchased a Princess 1493, The lights are on, the turntable is continuously running and the toner arme is hovering near the end of the play cycle. The arm doesn't want to move any further. I've tried moving the service scan switch to the left to put it into the manual. When I did this I could hear a click coming from the power distributor box, but I was unable to physically move the carriage. I did clean the points in this box. I cant see see anything that would causing it to jam the carriage or the toner arm. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I'm ok with mechanical but not so much when it comes the electronics.
