Thank you for having the integrity and appreciation for this great country Tim! I think you are spot on with the thought that this is America and if you want to live here then you should speak English! I am tired of going to the ATM's or trying to make a phone call and it asks me if i want it in Spanish, Hmoob or English....well it is an English speaking foundation we were built on so....how about English!
Also, as far as immigration goes...think about this, if this country did not have so many illegal aliens in it and working illegally in it; how many unemployed legal residents would NOT be unemployed right now?!
For all of you unemployed, laid off, bleeding hearts out there that say we should not be hassling illegal immigrants...think about it...you could have a job right now if they were not here illegaly, working it in your place! It might not be your preferred job or salary, but it would be an honest living, working to better this country, yourself and your family! |
