City of Richmond - elevator equipments 3rd party inspection contractor is under contract to investigate any accident and the commissioner of buildings shall be notified within 24 hrs. A report clearly listing defects found and the action recommended shall be submitted to building owner or manager and code enforcement. The contractor will provide information for court cases and they must appear as expert witnesses. |
