Prayer of Repentance
Dear Lord,
Moses asked Pharaoh to let his people go so that they could freely worship You in the desert. All that we value was obtained for a price. Make me mindful of the price Jesus paid for my freedom to worship. I confess that I have not taken advantage of the opportunities I have been given. I confess that I have not used the talents You gave me. I confess that I have not loved You with my whole heart. I have allowed the cares of the world to distract me from the Plan You have for me. Incline my heart to trust You. Open my ears that I may hear Your Voice. Direct my feet alone the Path you have set before me. Jesus, have mercy on me, a sinner. I ask Mary the Mother of God, and all the angels and saints to pray for me before the Lord my God. Amen.
