I'm considering changing the color of my home that was built in '82 using a rough textured stucco. I'd like to add a layer of colored stucco instead of painting it. I don't want to see grey when the stucco chips or cracks like you do when paint is used. My neighbor painted less than 3 years ago and already has grey spots. I don't want to pay for a paint job then be forced to touch it up all the time.
What is a rough rough ballpark price for this kind of job?
What is the best time of year to do this kind of work so that it properly cures? |
