Amberly was originally called Mountain Spa and was gated. Mountain Spa was all custom builder homes--mostly what you see in the first dozen homes on Broad Peak. Then Pulte bought the surrounding land and pulled Mountain Spa into SSR.

I would guess, although I don't know and an assessment would have to be made, that a gate between the two communities, or inclusion of the other community, would be required.
