I'd like to see the community website have open discussion boards to get these discussions off of Nextdoor. Nextdoor is a for profit site and the data they collect can be used to pinpoint each homeowner. Companies can then market against this data.

Additionally, we should have our discussions on the community website and everyone should be a registered homeowner or tenant.
