A friend's son was jogging on St. Charles near Tulane about 45 minutes ago. A white woman in her 50s approached him walking her German Shepherd. The dog lunged at him and bit him on the leg. The woman would not identify herself and left the scene. She was wearing blue jeans, a red shirt and a beige sweater. If anyone can provide any info to help identify the woman, please let me know.
