I went back and forth trying to decide how I was going to price the inventories, even posting and changing them several times. I firmly believe in using the simplest method. So, I decided to have my prices set by the number of bedrooms and allow 1 hour per bedroom (I might increase this to 1 1/2 hours). If I go over the allowed time, the inventory then goes on a per hour charge. Example: A three bedroom house will allow 3 hours. If I only go over by approximately an hour or less, I don’t charge for the time. The client then thinks they are getting a break, or good deal, which usually ends up with referrals by word of mouth. Please check out my price list at http://weicor.com for a more detailed answer. I’m still tweaking my prices and might be increasing them soon. When I start a new campaign, I also give a discount. If you do give discounts and I highly recommend you do, remember to put an expiration date on it, as explained in a previous post.
I hope this helps.
