Currently, you can only attach images that are in a .jpg, .bmp or .gif file format. If you do want to provide an optional service to include receipt scanning, and prefer a PDF format then you can simply copy all of these onto a CD as a backup for the client.

You wouldn't want to use the $30 program for a business since it is not as robust as the business product and not suitable for this purpose. Also, you can't export data for individual files with the $30 homeowner product which is necessary when using for business purposes. In addition, the business product screen designs provide more room and we'll be providing reporting and business product upgrades at no cost on an ongoing basis.

The Protection Plus software you provide to clients is similar to our other homeowner product however it works in conjunction with the business software so it can import the clients data as well as your business contact info. If you enter your business contact info in the business software then your company name and contact info will appear to the client when they run the Protection Plus software. It also has intelligence built in to do additional imports so if you provide an inventory update the client can reimport from a new data CD. Please note that you only would provide the Protection Plus software to new clients.
