The GB atNV does not have a swimming pool. There is a large fresh water lake in front of the building. Eventually it will connect to Nayarit Town and you will be able to boat between them. GB People can use the extensive pool facilities of the GM. These pools take up most of the propety, including the wave pool, Lazy River, and a real big pool down by the ocean. The GB people are not allowed in the Grand Luxxe pool though.
As one salesman told me,the major difference between the GM and the GB is like the difference between one magaszine and the same magazine several years later. Same format almost but slightly different contents. The floor plans are essential identical between the GB and the GM, but some of the fixtures have been upgraded.
