Take time to get to know the Homestead program, such as placement of text, etc. As well as have a friend or your hubby proof every page for spelling and grammatical errors.
Trust me, I have been doing proofing for a long time, and while working on my site for hours, I just saw where I had my phone number wrong. I have looked at my pages so many times, yet didn't even see the simplest of mistakes.
Something else that a lot of folks don't like to talk about, but please make sure that all images, text, etc. are yours ... or are copyright and royalty-free.
