Does anyone have any coorespondence that states the Career Counselor (or the command) is authorized so much money (OPTAR or other command funds) to spend on a re-enlistment. I see other commands give pens, coins, coupon books. My command only gives me money for cakes. I am trying to get pens and coins, but the command will not pay for it. Some assistance please. |
