Hi Derek , This what I see .

1) The first prophet that I see , is Abram in Gen 20:17 and he prayed to Jehovah so that Abimelech would not die .

2) Then there is the prophets of the Old Testament and why were they there , but to get Israel to return to worship God .

2) So , with the Prophets in the Dispensation of the Grace of God .

3) The prophet of today is to gey God's people to return Pauline Dispensationalism .
