2 Thessalonians 2:10-12 (King James Version)
10And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness
In the book "A Dispensational Synopsis of the New Testament" Charles Baker writes:
"It seems certain from 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12 that those who enter the Tribulation knowingly rejecting the truth of the gospel will have no further opportunity to be saved, for God will send them a strong delusion so they will believe the Devil's lie."
"We know a great multitude will be saved during the Tribulation, but apparently these are among those who had never actually heard and rejected the truth." (Baker)
It appears that just those who have not heard and rejected Christ will have an opportunity to be saved during the tribulation. And that may require their life. "A great multitude that no one could count" will be martyred for their faith.
