Over the last year, I have noticed a bump or hard inflamation just under the arches of both of my feet. The location of the bumps are toward the inside of my arches. It almost feels like bone and appears to feel like bone growth. What is it? Is it shoe related? Is it diet related? Can it be treated or is surgery required?
