I am a dancer and have been taking a lot of tap classes recently. I was wearing a pair of high heal taps for a few days in a row and my big toes on both feet are very sore. It is on the inside of the big toes under the nail. I can see a very faint bruise, but nothing too large. It honestly hurts much more then it looks. I need to keep dancing for a show. I had the shoes sized to my feet, so I would be suprizsed if they are the wrong size...but maybe something went wrong there, or maybe I am just not used to has high of heals. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get bruises to heal quick and then how to avoid them? Will I get used to the shoe or will it just make it worse? I am trying to wear flat taps for the next few days, but now that the bruise is there, even those are not completely comfortable.
Any advice? Thanks!
