I was at the Orthpedic Dr. about 30 days ago for Xrays and he felt everything looked fine...then after that I was on my feet for a stressful 2 weeks of 18 hr days...the excruciating heel pain started on the trip and has continued for about 2 weeks (causing me to limp most of the time) unfortunately I have not had a lot of time off my feet since them...is this something that will continue until I just get off my feet for a bit? I have called my Dr. and he can't see me for a couple of weeks....so I was just checking to see if there was any recommended fix until I see him - outside of "stay off your feet" and Ice pack ...that is what I am trying to do....Thank you for your response. |
