I've had a corn on the ball of my foot for almost two years now, i've had treatment but its still there, i was told that the root had got hooked on to either a nerve or tenden, and it would need surgry to be removed, can this happen as i thought corns were only on the surface of the skin? its really painfull now, and i dont have to put any prussure, its like a needle being put in me!!
