I am only 21 years of age and I'm beginning to find it mentally tough to cope with the pain of my fracture.
Here's my problem: I have bone deformity at the pantar aspect of the distal phalanx extending close to the DIP joint. I experience sharp pain from the bottom when I place my toe onto the ground. As a result, I've been walking with my toes lifted and on the side of my foot for 7 years. This was at first physically tough but not its driving me crazy. I can't even relax my toe at night, I feel the need to tense it up!
Please help,
