Hi,

Thanks for this great service! I am a 47 year old man and for the past three to four months I occasionally get severe shooting pains in my toes and recently my toes feel numb and somewhat painful all the time. They especially hurt when I curl them. I am an avid cyclist but have never had these problems in the past and my feet don't really bother me while cycling. My feet have always been on the cold side but this problem is a bit disconcering. Please advise.
