I have been having foot pain for about a week now. It started as pain in my left foot on the outside left fleshy part, a deep ache. This ache continued on to my first and second metatarsals. Now I feel the pain along the side of my second metatarsal. There is not much pain when I press down directly on it, I must push from the side for pain. It does not hurt to jump. I ran a few days ago and I felt my foot become warm and very tingly. It seems to only hurt when resting, not when standing, walking, or any other activity. I have a history of stress fractures. Does this sound in line with one? If not what could it be? Thank you |
